What would be a good facial cleanser for my dry face?

I have extremely dry skin on my face. I get acne every once in a while but not that often. I have skin colored bumps all over my face also. Thanks!What would be a good facial cleanser for my dry face?
Cetaphil is a very good and inexpensive cleanser for dry skin. I have the same problem. I watched a show once with Cindy Crawford and she said that is what she uses and she looks fabulous. Better to wipe the product off with a tissue than hot water. Hot water tends to dry your skin. Their moisturizer is pretty good too. Enjoy!What would be a good facial cleanser for my dry face?
i agree with candesmiles and others. Cetaphil is a very good product for cleansing your skin. However, every1 has a diff. skin condition. It would be best if you consult your dr. for this and ask him to recommend you a type of cleansing product that is suitable for your skin. Hope that had helped you. Gd luck.(:
were avocado is good for ur face put it all over and stay with it like for 15 minutes then wash it because like it is very oily so it would make ur skin would look less dry
Cetaphil works really well for this.
