Face toner is different from facial wash?

i use Deep Action Cream Cleanser by Clean %26amp; Clear and i absolutely trust and love it. it works wonders for me.

i just recently got Proactiv Solution's ';REVITALIZING TONER';

i was wondering if i could STILL wash with my everyday cleanser, and use this toner ?

would i dry out my skin? would it work nicely ? would i break out ?Face toner is different from facial wash?
You should use them together. The recommended process is:

Cleanse

Exfoliate

Tone

MoisturizeFace toner is different from facial wash?
yes you should still use your clenser. but you should also introduce a moisteriser. think of the process as this: you clense to clean, then you tone to make sure you get all of the excess dirt/oil etc and then you moisterise to keep skin soft and prevent drying. you're skin shouldn't dry out if you moisterise unless you have naturally dry skin, which in that case you should possibly get a milder clenser/toner and a thicker moisteriser. but a toner would also help absorb the moisteriser properly. your skin shouldn't break out due to this routine as you are removing the dirt and if you replace it with moisteriser then your skin will not overproduce oil which occurs when overdrying happens. to summerise - toner is good! it's ok to use both of them...

if you believe that your cleanser is really good for you and doesn't break you out then continue to use it...

you have to always cleanse your face with your everyday cleanser...

toner is optional...

face toner does not replaced your everyday facial wash...

toner is highly recommended for oily and acne-prone skin...

most dermatologists suggest that its ok not to use it except if you have oily or acne-prone skin...

what is more important is your moisturizer...
of course!

you should cleanse then use the toner or a cotton ball then moisturise to be sure your face doesnt dry out.

btw, the proactive toner works great its really refreshing :)

oh and if you dont know about moisturisers, check out aveeno positively radiant with spf 15

hope i helped !!
Yes, toners help balance the ph on your skin. We put ours in a little spray bottle so its just a mist. it makes you feel fresh, in the bottle you can spray it whenever you want!
umm...better stay natural than putting such thing than spoiling ur skin
