Go get Nature's Cure. It cost about $10 and works really well. Wash your face with regular Noxema or Cetaphil. This won't leave your face tight and dry or oily. The Nature's Cure cream will dry up the acne bumps and there are pills that you take with it. I saw dramatic improvement within 2 weeks of using this product and I had really bad acne. Try it, you won't regret! What is the most effective facial wash for pimple prone face?
PanOxyl is a good choice if you don't find benzoyl peroxide to be irritating. Some people have a very good response to benzoyl peroxide. SalAc, available from Amazon.com and dermstore.com, is a very good option for oily and acne-prone skin. You may also find that you need a leave-on treatment, in addition to an acne wash. (Leave-on products have longer to work on the skin than washes, merely due to the time they are present on the skin.) Try some different products to see what works for you, like Clearasil Ultra.
what i usually use proactive it works its not that cheap but it does the job an worth it in the long run.
PanOxyl has a 10% or 5% benzoyl peroxide base. The 10% is the strongest you can get over the counter. Id reccomend using an antibacterial bar soap like Dial in the morning and PanOxyl foaming face wash at night. Start with twice per week then increase, because the benzoyl peroxide will burn your skin. Use a moisturizer with UV protection to prevent over drying and redness.
sometimes is not what you use in washing your pimples, its how you wash your face. dont scrub your face if you have a pimple . in wahing your face dont touch it with your hand just use the lather of the soap.
