In facial they steam your face, massage it, scrub it and then apply a face pack. This is done to get rid of blackheads n make the skin glow. This glow lasts for 1 week till my experience shows.
Bleach is done to make the facial or any body hair to look lighter as black ones look bad. It also removes a bit of face tan n makes u look just a bit fairer.
Face massage is just like simple massage- a massage cream or at ayurvedic places, some oils are used and your face is massaged in a scientific way. This improves the blood circulation of face n hence if done regularly it can make your skin glowy n flawless.
I would say massage is enough not just for u but for everyone. Bleach- if u dont wanna get a shade fairer then i dont think u need it. Instead of facial just apply some home mask once a week,if u like. I never go for saloon treatments or even spend money on anythng cosmetic except a suncreen n a facewash.
