How can I clear up facial abrasions after falling face first on the cement?

I fell face first on the cement. I was trying to rescuse my dog from another dog. The left side of my face took the brunt of it. I am African-American, light-medium complexion, and the marks are above my eye, under my eye, left cheek and under my nose. I was trying Ambi Skincare Even %26amp; Clear Targeted Mark Minimizer and Retin-A Micro (tretinoin gel) microsphere, 0.04%. Please help me!!How can I clear up facial abrasions after falling face first on the cement?
