I really need help! right now my hair is fairly long, and my bangs are grown out and It looks really crappy.

shorter hair looks better and bangs r really in right now i even have some, shorter hair will be better than long cuz ling would make ur face look even smaller than it is, and get ur bangs trimed, maybe something like this:
