u can do facial at any time bt remember u have to do this from specialised person n it took 2hrs
take close to one minute, but use the upward motion of massaging to retain the faces shape.
I use it for some 10 minutes, but I use it once a week.

may be 5 minutes. dont do it vigorously.
you should scrub your face wiht it for about 30 seconds or so.
